We offer a 14-day Return&Exchange guarantee, 14 days after receiving the goods, we will no longer provide returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:
- If the product has quality problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after we received your return within 7 Days. (We bear the freight）
- The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
- If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Notice for Returns
- The package needs to be sent back with the original receipt of the purchase.
- You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has a tracking number on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

- After we received the return, the funds will return the same way with 7 Days.

- Second, we will email you a return address within 3 days if your return request is approved, Then, return the package in the original packaging.

In the case of Product being Delivered
Please follow the return guideline above to return your package, once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For the Case of Reject Refund
In the case of not receiving for the following situation, all fees caused by the below should be afforded by the customer.
(1) wrong address or phone number
(2) no-reply any email or call from the local courier
(3) refuse signing the package
(4) refuse to pay tax
(5) refuse clearance
If the customer uses the wrong delivery information, we suggest you contact a local courier, we could not offer a refund or resend.
For the Case of Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Paypal again.
- Then contact your credit card company or Paypal support, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
